I tried to return an item and their website was broken, they refunded the wrong item, and took off loads of weird hidden fees so I got half the value of my $100 item back! FRAUD! Stay away! Truly awful customer service, nobody speaks English there.
AVOID THIS COMPANY - SHIPPING TIME AND COMMUNICATION IS VERY POOR.
I ordered four items September 27. It is October 23 and I have only received 1 of those 4 of those items. I have had to contact customer service repeatedly in order to try and obtain tracking information and get an updated date of arrival. Ten days ago I was told to wait 10 days before getting a refund, and now they’re telling me to wait another week. They still haven’t given me any proof that this package is ever going to arrive. I ordered two coats for a trip I'm taking tomorrow... I thought a month in advance would have been more than enough. Apparently I just need to keep waiting.

I like chicwish collection, they are so stylish and unique. I was very sceptical about my first order but I am glad I did. I really love my floral maxi skirt and looking forward to buy more.
If you looking for a unique and good quality piece chicwish is the place. Just make sure to read the measurements chart beacause some pieces runs a bit small

Top and skirt are very good quality and really beautiful. They are true to size. I am very satisfied.
Love my shirt and red dress. You must look at reviews to see what others comments are - size, material and so on.
Eg. Large size skirt doesn’t mean it fits you. Please open the sizing chart, it’s quite accurate for me.

So far I have purchased three items from chicwish and I am still very impressed! The cloth is unique, romantic, and very feminine. I love their skirts and plan on purchasing more! They are more expensive, but I plan on buying one item every other month from my favorites list! Size up because some skirts run small and ask customers service about prices!
Customer service is quick and when my order was delayed, I was communicated with in a timely fashion. Love this company!
I have an excellent shopping experience with chicwish. I had always wanted to buy something and I doubted it, although my clothes were slow to arrive, I understand that it is because of the COVID-19 situation. However as soon as I opened my package I fell in love with the quality and design of the clothes, chicwish has become my favorite.
Took 6 weeks for our order to arrive, with earrings missing. The coat, however, was fantastic quality, but had a button missing, which is pretty bad. A week later, the earrings turned up - and so did another coat! Not sure how they expect someone housebound to get to the post office to return it, but they don't seem to understand this premise, at all. Will not use this company again.
i like the site there’s a lot of nice dresses and skirt and the sizes are great ,i will buying more in the future .

I've purchased 4 items and very satisfied with each item. The white tie shirt runs a bit small, the blue and white ruffle skirt and candied stripe dress are spot on in sizing.
